Fear is among the most intriguing yet challenging aspects of our existence, often misunderstood and fought against. However, is attempting to overcome it and eliminate it necessarily the right approach? Is fear a "system error"? How can we harness fear for our benefit? Are brave individuals fearless? Is courage a born trait or an acquired one? How do the body's biological, conscious and unconscious mechanisms influence fear and how are they affected by it?

"Fear is not a system error. It's a senior partner in it"
